If you need to speak to an audiologist, we can organise an online chat with one of our professionals, who will help you decide on the best devices for you. Once you’ve chosen your hearing aids, we’ll deliver them to you as fast as possible, so you can start hearing better straight away. Any issues? Just book an online calibration session – all from the comfort of your own home!

Subscription model

Having to find thousands of pounds up-front to cover the cost of a hearing aid can be a real financial strain and could explain why most people wait over 10 years before they commit to buying a hearing aid.

At Hearing Supermarket, our aim is to make good hearing accessible to everyone, so we decided to apply the subscription model – just like buying a mobile phone. You decide how you want to pay: Cover the up-front cost straight away, buy the device in three instalments, or spread the cost over 24 or 36 months.
