Adaptable comfort
The Signia Silk X is the only ready-to-wear CIC on the Signia Xperience platform. Its soft-silicone,ultra-comfortable Click Sleeves come in four different sizes that cover the needs and anatomies of all different ears, so all you do is click it onto your hearing aid and you’re good to go. The way that it sits within the ear also means it’s perfectly positioned for phone calls and music, without further adjustment. No more time waiting around for a tailor-made solution to be built – and no valuable time wasted in your day-to-day.
In-built tinnitus therapy
Get full relief from the ringing in your ears with a choice of tinnitus treatments. While other hearing aids usually amplify external sounds to distract you from your tinnitus, the Signia Silk 2X also excels in quiet environments by emitting customised therapy signals. Choose between a number of nature-inspired signals and pre-programmed static sounds, all of which are complemented with built-in Notch Therapy for a truly peaceful experience. eWindScreen
Whether you’re running with a friend or just sitting outside enjoying the sounds of nature, there’s no need to worry about wind annoyance overwhelming your hearing. As soon as wind is detected, the eWindScreen binaural kicks in. It recognises and dramatically reduces wind noise, enabling the hearing aid to focus on the voices you’re listening to regardless of the noise around them.

Can I control my Silk X hearing aids remotely?
Yes. You can control your Silk X hearing aids remotely via the freely-downloadable Signia smartphone app, or if you don’t have a smartphone, by using the miniPocket accessory.
I only have hearing loss in one ear. Can I still use Signia Silk 2X?
Yes. The Signia Silk 2X is compatible with the CROS Silk X, which should be worn in the other ear for optimal functionality.
Does the Signia Silk 2X use Own Voice Processing?
No. OVP is only included in the range’s Advanced and Premium models, the Signia Silk 3X, 5X and 7X.
Can I stream phone calls, music and TV directly into my hearing aids?
Phone calls can be heard in both hearing aids, as long as your phone is nearby. Simply activate the Twin Phone functionality in the Signia app or miniPocket accessory. Music and TV streaming are not supported. Over head earphones are compatible with the hearing aids, so you can use these for greater sound clarity.
