How do I turn the volume up or down on my Signia 1Nx?
Due to the device’s small nature, there aren’t any physical buttons on it. However, you do have complete control of your hearing aid with the Signia App. Here, you can access the volume controls, TeleCare, settings, and tinnitus support. If you don’t have a smartphone, or you prefer not to use your phone, you can use a miniPocket remote control.
How do I take my hearing aids out?
There’s a discreet, white cord on the bottom of the hearing aid allowing for a simple and efficient removal. You simply pull on this gently and the silicone sleeves will aid the device’s smooth removal. No need to use a mirror, you’ll be able to feel the cord!
Are they really invisible?
Very nearly! The entire hearing aid hides within your ear canal comfortably. So invisible that even you will forget they are there.
I only have hearing issues in one ear. Can I get this hearing aid?
