Select

Choose from our range of state-of-the-art digital hearing aids and find the ones that work best for you. Hearing aid specifications can be complicated, so in our comparison charts, we have explained the most commonly-used features in simple, straightforward language, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Assess

If you’re an experienced hearing aid user, then you will be able to request your audiogram from a professional; For those who have not had a hearing assessment by a professional and therefore do not have an audiogram, depending on the hearing aid selected you can complete the hearing screener on our website or if you prefer we can help you find somewhere in your local area to have this done. In both cases, we’ll book you a short audiologist consultation as part of our private service so they can answer any questions or concerns you may have about your selection to ensure the hearing solution is right for you. For those who are unsure or are buying their first hearing aid, you can take the online hearing test and fill in the internationally recognised CEDRA evaluation. In some cases, we’ll book you a short audiologist consultation if there are any questions or concerns.

Deliver

Once you’ve had your private consultation, chosen your hearing aids and the payment plan you want to use, we’ll order them straight away. The Audiologist will program your hearing aids based on your Audiogram and listening needs, then put them in the post right away. You will then have a remote fitting appointment to calibrate the hearing aids. If you have any difficulty connecting your hearing aids to your Smartphone, you can access our online tools or speak to one of our support staff if needed.

Aftercare

After three weeks, we’ll follow up with you to make sure you are getting all the benefits from your hearing aids and ensure that you’re happy with them. If you don’t feel you’re making the most of all the functionalities they offer, we can help you set them up, whether that’s using Bluetooth with your phone or connecting to your smart TV. If any issues arise, our friendly support team are ready to help.
