Delivery policy

We will make every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases we will dispatch orders within 48 hours of order receipt, (assuming we have been able to carry out any necessary assessments on your hearing which are required for certain products). We will contact you if this is not possible. All non-hearing aid orders will be delivered by on a next working day basis.

Delivery of the order will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your order.

If your order is not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Please check your order when received for any damage or missing items.

In the case of non delivery, if either Hearing Supermarket or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

Returns policy

We offer a  30-day money back guarantee policy in the unlikely scenario where you are not happy with any item you have bought from Hearing Supermarket. You can return orders to us up to 30 days after it has been dispatched for replacement products or full product refund. Please contact us before returning any item.

If you wish to return goods after 30 days please contact our customer service department to see whether a return is appropriate.

To return please contact us. We advise that you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning any item to us and we will notify you by email when your returned products have been received.

Orders for Goods

Orders to Crura Ltd must be submitted either via the web at www.hearingsupermarket.co.uk.

Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase products from Crura Ltd, and we may confirm receipt of this offer via email

Orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed and you have passed any online assessments. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. Crura Ltd will constitute acceptance of our privacy policy.

For all subscriptions purchase you agree for Crura Ltd to check your credit report and credit score.

Limitations of Supply

We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of products. If the products you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.

Prices and Payment

Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities by Crura Ltd.

Delivery and Carriage
